Does Grebe's service the products they sell?

Grebe's has factory-trained service technicians for all of the appliances (refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, dryers and ranges) and power equipment (mowers, chainsaws, tractors and tillers) we sell.

Does Grebe's service the products purchased at other stores?

Naturally, Grebe's customers are our priority because we promise to "Service what we sell!", and we are serious about keeping our promises. However, we do our very best to serve other people who simply need certified technicians to work on their machines.

We get you into our service schedule as quickly as we can. In primetime (first snowfall or first grass-cutting day), it could take a couple of weeks to get your power equipment on the schedule. To eliminate that issue, we recommend scheduling your maintenance during "low volume" times if possible. (Snowblower in between Sept.1 - Nov. 15, lawnmower/garden tractor Feb. 1 - March 1-30).

Our appliance service schedule does not usually fluctuate with the seasons. So, depending on the volume, it could take 5-14 business days for your repair to be completed.

How much is a basic service call on my appliance?

In the Wausau area (10 mile radius), our service call is $90.00 and includes 15 minutes of diagnostic time. Any parts required for the repair or additional tech time is all at extra cost.

How much does it cost to have a piece of power equipment serviced at Grebe's?

Our shop rate is $75.00 per hour plus the cost of any parts needed.

Do you deliver an appliance that is purchased from Grebe's?

Yes, we deliver within a 20-mile radius of the store for a fee of $59.99!

Will Grebe's deliver power equipment purchased at the store?

Any lawn mower, tiller, or snow blower sale within a 20-mile radius of the store for a fee of $40. Any tractor or zero turn mower sale within a 20-mile radius of the store for a fee of $75.

Will Grebe's dispose of old appliances like refrigerators and washers?

Yes! They can be dropped off at our store. The fee is $25 for each appliance with Freon (refrigerators, freezers, dehumidifiers) and $15 for each other appliance (oven, washer, dryer, etc).
